Westbrook Warehouse Solutions

Supply Chain Consulting Built for the Real World — and a Better One.

Supply chains move the world. They determine what gets made, how it travels, who it reaches, and what gets left behind. At Westbrook Warehouse Solutions, we help businesses build supply chains that are faster, leaner, and better for the planet — without choosing between performance and purpose. Led by a Six Sigma Black Belt with 15+ years scaling operations from Amazon fulfillment centers to Fortune 500 enterprises, we bring the kind of expertise most growing businesses never get access to. Until now.

What We Do. Real Experience. Measurable Results

Westbrook Warehouse Solutions was founded on a simple belief: that supply chains can be both high-performing and good for the world. Led by Sean Westbrook — a Six Sigma Black Belt with 15+ years scaling operations at Amazon, Deliverr, and more — we bring Fortune 500 rigor to organizations of every size.

We don't consult from a conference room. We go on-site, learn your operation from the ground up, and deliver solutions that actually work — from warehouse layout and WMS optimization to fulfillment strategy and sustainability integration.

The gap between how most operations run and how they could run is almost always bigger than people expect. We close that gap.

Supply Chain Automation & Robotics

Automation isn't a trend — it's a competitive necessity. But the right solution looks different for every operation, and the wrong investment is an expensive mistake.

With hands-on experience deploying automation across high-volume fulfillment networks — from Amazon's last-mile infrastructure to national 3PL ecosystems — we help you cut through the noise and make smart, scalable decisions. We assess your end-to-end supply chain to identify where automation delivers the highest return: robotic picking and sortation, automated conveyor and palletization systems, transportation management automation, WMS-integrated workflows, demand forecasting tools, and AI-driven inventory replenishment. We don't sell technology. We help you select, justify, and implement it — then measure whether it actually performs. The result: lower labor dependency, faster cycle times, reduced error rates, and a supply chain built to scale without proportional cost increases.

Sustainable Supply Chain Consulting

The most efficient supply chain is almost always the most sustainable one. Less waste means lower costs. Optimized transportation means fewer emissions and better margins. Smarter inventory means less overproduction and less landfill. Sustainability and performance aren't in tension — they reinforce each other when designed correctly. At Westbrook Warehouse Solutions, sustainability isn't a checkbox or a marketing claim. It's the lens through which we assess every operation we touch. Our founder holds a Clean Water Captain designation with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and has spent a career proving that doing right by the planet and driving exceptional business results are the same goal. We work with organizations to build supply chains that are measurably better — for their bottom line and the world around them.

What we assess and improve:

Energy & Emissions — Transportation route optimization, carrier carbon footprint analysis, last-mile delivery efficiency, and transition planning toward lower-emission logistics models.

Waste Reduction — Packaging optimization, overstock and obsolescence reduction, returns processing efficiency, and circular supply chain design.

Supplier & Sourcing Strategy — Responsible sourcing frameworks, supplier sustainability scorecards, and risk assessment for climate-vulnerable supply relationships.

Warehouse & Facility Sustainability — Energy consumption audits, LED and equipment upgrade planning, LEED-aligned operational standards, and green warehouse certification support.

ESG Reporting & Compliance — Helping operations teams translate supply chain data into the metrics your finance and compliance teams need for ESG disclosures, investor reporting, and regulatory requirements.

We believe the supply chains of the future will be built by organizations that decided early to do things differently. If that's the kind of company you're building, we'd like to be part of it.

About Me

I'm Sean Westbrook — a supply chain executive, Six Sigma Black Belt, and the founder of Westbrook Warehouse Solutions. My career has been built on the floor, not in a boardroom. I started in a 1.2 million square foot Amazon fulfillment center in Richmond, Virginia — helping launch operations and oversee the shipment of a million units a day. I went on to lead Prime Now operations in Brooklyn, integrating Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods into a same-day delivery network serving New York City. At Deliverr I served as an operational architect — designing the programs, reporting systems, partner standards, and continuous improvement processes that became the backbone of a national 3PL network spanning 80 partners across the U.S. Along the way I earned my Six Sigma Black Belt — not as a credential to hang on a wall, but because the discipline of measuring, improving, and sustaining results is how I approach every engagement. I founded Westbrook Warehouse Solutions because I saw a gap: small and mid-size businesses were making expensive supply chain decisions without access to the kind of expertise that Fortune 500 companies take for granted. Since 2021 I've worked with over 100 domestic and international clients — helping them cut costs, expand capacity, improve throughput, and build operations that actually scale. But the work that drives me most is the intersection of operational excellence and sustainability. I believe supply chains are one of the most powerful levers we have to reduce waste, lower emissions, and improve lives — for businesses, communities, and the planet. That belief shows up in every engagement I take on. Outside of work I volunteer as a Clean Water Captain with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and serve as an advisor to local non-profits. The mission to leave things better than I found them isn't separate from my work — it's the reason for it. If you're ready to build something better, I'd like to help.
